An admin fee for time, admin, and loss of business will be charged at 10% for the following.

If canceled 90 days before the event 90% refundable (10% admin fee)

60 days before advent 40% refundable (10% admin fee)

30 days before the event, non-refundable.

By renting furniture from Best Function Furniture you agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions, which govern your use of our website and services.

2. Eligibility

To use our furniture rental services, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years of age.

  • Provide valid personal and payment information.

  • Agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.

3. Rental Agreement

When you rent furniture from Best Function Furniture, you enter into a rental agreement under the following conditions:

  • Rental Period: The rental period starts on the date the furniture is delivered and ends on the date the furniture is returned or picked up.

  • Rental Fees: You agree to pay the rental fees as stated on the website or in the rental contract. Fees may vary based on the item, rental period, and location.

  • Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required. The deposit will be refunded upon return of the furniture in acceptable condition, minus any damage or late return fees.

4. Delivery and Pick-Up

  • Delivery: We will deliver the furniture to the address you provide during checkout. You are responsible for ensuring that the delivery location is accessible.

  • Pick-Up: At the end of the rental period, we will pick up the furniture. You must ensure that the furniture is ready for pick-up at the agreed time and place.

  • Additional Fees: Delivery and pick-up fees may apply based on location and distance. Late pick-up may result in additional fees.

5. Furniture Condition and Care

  • Condition at Delivery: The furniture will be delivered in good and usable condition. You are responsible for inspecting the items upon delivery.

  • Care: You agree to take proper care of the rented furniture and keep it in good condition. Normal wear and tear is expected, but you may be charged for damages caused by negligence or misuse.

  • Damage or Loss: If the furniture is damaged, lost, or stolen during the rental period, you will be responsible for repair or replacement costs.

6. Cancellations and Changes

  • Cancellation Policy: You may cancel your rental before delivery. Cancellations may be subject to a fee, as outlined on the website or in the rental agreement.

  • Changes to Rental Period: You can request changes to your rental period, subject to availability and additional fees.

7. Payment Terms

  • Payment Methods: We accept payment via credit card, debit card, or other payment methods as listed on our website.

8. Ownership

All rented furniture remains the property of Best Function Furniture. You do not have the right to sell, sublease, or otherwise transfer possession of the furniture without our written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

Best Function Furniture is not liable for any damage or injury caused by the use of rented furniture. Our maximum liability for any claim arising from your rental is limited to the total amount you paid for the rental.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate your rental agreement at any time if you violate these Terms and Conditions or for any other reason, at our discretion. In the event of termination, you must return the rented furniture immediately.
